By engaging services, purchasing products, or accessing content, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services Overview
1.1 Content Creation & Brand Collaborations
Jeremy Mura provides content creation and promotional services for brands, including but not limited to:
YouTube videos
Short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
Social media posts and stories
Educational or product walkthroughs
Campaign-based content
All services are scoped, priced, and delivered based on a written agreement.
1.2 Digital Products & Education
This includes:
Digital templates and frameworks
Online courses and training
Downloadable resources
Educational products and creator tools
All digital products are delivered electronically.
2. Engagement & Payment Terms
2.1 Brand Collaborations & Sponsorships
Payment terms are defined per agreement
Full payment or agreed deposit is required before work begins
Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
Late or failed payments may pause or cancel deliverables
2.2 Digital Products & Courses (No Refund Policy)
All digital products, templates, and courses are non-refundable
This includes, but is not limited to:
Online courses
Video training
Templates, frameworks, and toolkits
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind
Lack of use or completion
Perceived suitability or outcomes
Access is granted immediately upon purchase and constitutes delivery
3. Scope of Work
3.1 Included (Where Applicable)
Content creation aligned to agreed deliverables
Editing and publishing within scope
Limited revisions as outlined in agreement
Organic posting to agreed platforms
3.2 Excluded
Guaranteed performance, reach, or revenue
Paid media buying or ad spend
Ongoing content management unless contracted
Distribution beyond agreed platforms
4. Client & Brand Responsibilities
Brands and collaborators agree to:
Provide accurate, legal, and compliant product claims
Supply assets, access, and information on time
Review content within agreed feedback windows
Ensure products comply with platform and advertising laws
Delays in feedback may extend timelines.
5. Intellectual Property, Usage & Licensing
5.1 Content Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Jeremy Mura retains ownership of all original content
Brands receive usage rights only as explicitly purchased
Usage rights do not imply ownership or exclusivity
Unauthorized redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or alteration is prohibited.
5.2 Usage Rights & Whitelisting
Where applicable, usage rights may include:
Organic posting
Paid usage (whitelisting) for a defined time period
Platform-specific usage
Usage duration, platforms, and scope must be agreed in writing. Any usage beyond agreed terms requires additional licensing.
5.3 Exclusivity
Exclusivity is not implied
Any exclusivity must be explicitly agreed and compensated
Breach of exclusivity may result in termination or renegotiation
5.4 Portfolio & Self-Promotion Rights
Jeremy Mura retains the right to display, reference, and repurpose content for:
Website and portfolio
Social platforms
Educational examples
Case studies and presentations
6. Digital Product License
When purchasing a digital product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license.
You may not:
Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product
Upload products to shared drives or communities
Use products to create competing products
Violation results in immediate termination of access without refund.
7. Reviews, Disclosure & Performance
Sponsored content reflects honest opinions
No guarantees of views, conversions, or sales
Performance varies by platform and audience
Sponsorships are disclosed per platform guidelines
8. Revisions & Changes
Revision limits are defined per project
Additional revisions may incur fees
Major direction changes are treated as new deliverables
9. Termination
9.1 Brand Collaborations
Early termination does not entitle refunds
Completed work remains payable
Usage rights do not transfer unless fully paid
9.2 Digital Products
Access may be revoked for misuse or breach
Sharing or reselling voids access immediately
10. Confidentiality
Confidential brand information is respected
Published or public content is not confidential
Confidentiality obligations survive project completion
11. Limitation of Liability
No guarantees of business outcomes
Liability is limited to fees paid
No responsibility for platform changes, algorithm shifts, or third-party tools
12. Dispute Resolution
Good-faith discussion first
Mediation before legal action
Governing law: New South Wales, Australia
13. Modifications
Terms may be updated at any time
Continued use constitutes acceptance
Written agreements override these terms where applicable
